What exactly does Service Jacks do?
Two things: make-ready work that prepares a property for sale or listing, and turnover work that prepares a rental for the next tenant or guest. Both are booked as one scope covering repairs, paint, cleaning and inspection.
How is a quote produced?
From a walk-through, or from photos and a short video for smaller scopes. The quote is written, itemised and firm before anything is scheduled.
Do I need to be present?
No. Lockbox or smart-lock access is preferred so scheduling does not depend on anyone being available, and the photo report shows you what happened.
What does the photo report include?
Dated photos room by room, the work performed, and anything found but not in scope. It is written to be forwarded to an owner, seller or client without editing.
Are you licensed and insured?
Licensing and insurance details are published on this site. If a specific certificate naming your building or entity is required, it can be issued on request.
Do you work in Spanish?
Yes. Quotes, scopes, reports, scheduling and on-site coordination all run in English or Spanish, whichever you choose.
